The model home for Remington was a flagship model for a small homebuilder looking to branch out into a new market. For this, they selected an upscale community and it was the crown jewel in their product offering. This model home had to shine! 

Although it wasn’t added to the Parade of Homes, the grand opening coincided with the event so much of the foot traffic came from neighboring communities and this model stood up very well.
